All of our Motion-based plugins run on Intel and Apple Silicon (M1+) Macs. The problem we had with tracking has been fixed and all of our tracking plugins have been updated. We took the time to test our plugins, find and fix the fault, rather than rush incorrectly updated products to the market.
However, some customers are reporting they are still seeing that some plugins are not compatible to run with Final Cut Pro 10.5.3 on Apple Silicon.
This happens when a user has migrated data from an Intel to a new Apple Silicon Mac and there is an easy fix.
Navigate to the plugin in FxFactory.
Then hold down the Option (Alt) and CMD keys. You should now see a button that says Reinstall.
Click on the Reinstall button and FxFactory will download the Intel & Apple Silicon version of the plugin.
Restart Final Cut Pro and the plugin should be available.
Sadly, Volumetrix and Particlemetrix will not be available for Apple Silicon Macs.

The Final Cut Pro ecosystem has changed. There are now huge libraries that can be accessed with a monthly subscription. There are plugin writers that are systematically working through other developer's products making
Hopefully this short blog will answer a few queries about the life and eventual closure of the best Final Cut Pro website.
