Why Do Some of My Final Cut Pro Plugins Still Say They Won't Run on Apple Silicon?

All of our Motion-based plugins run on Intel and Apple Silicon (M1+) Macs. However, some customers are reporting they are still seeing that some plugins are not compatible to run with Final Cut Pro 10.5.3 on Apple Silicon.
