XEffects Inside Text Shadow is a free title plugin for Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) that adds a drop shadow to the inside of text or a logo. Enter any text in any size or font and this plugin will punch a hole in the foreground and add the corresponding drop shadow to make it look like the letters were cut out of the foreground. Plus you can use the Drop Zone to do the same with a logo.
This video also shows how the plugin was made in Apple's Motion and then published to Final Cut Pro X.

Installation
These effects will only work with Final Cut Pro X 10.4.8 or higher
1) Unzip the downloaded package
2) Move the XEffects Free titles folder to:
Movies / Motion Templates / Titles
3) Restart Final Cut Pro X
4) Find XEffects Free in the Titles Browser
5) Or open the templates with Motion and publish
