Description
XEffects Slide With Gap is a free transition plugin for Final Cut Pro that performs a slide left or right, but with a gap in-between the out going and incoming media. There are two directions available and the gap is fully adjustable between a whole frame and zero. Just put media underneath the transition for visibility or use the built-in Drop Zone to fill.
- Selectable left or right direction
- Adjust the gap width from 0 to 100%
- Use media below the gap or fill using the Drop Zone.
Works with video or still images with both the transition and Drop Zone media.
Installation
This title plugin will only work with Final Cut Pro 10.6 or higher
1) Unzip the downloaded package
2) Move the XEffects Free Effects folder to:
Movies / Motion Templates / Transitions
If there is a folder called XEffects Free in there already, just add the contents to that folder
3) Restart Final Cut Pro
4) Find XEffects Slide With Gap in the Transitions Browser
5) Or open the templates with Motion and publish
